My husband and i leased this apartment in january 2007 through march 2008. we both work in domain area and are getting an apartment in that area. our apartment is very quiet and very large. it feels more like a home than an apartment. all deposits are paid including pet deposit so you would just need to pay for application fee. i have some furniture, curtains that could stay if wanted. also could negotiate on a signing bonus. our floorplan is 1211 sq ft. it is 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, with a den study area. this apartment home also includes washer/dryer, a very well equiped 24 hour fitness room, and pool. the current rate is a little above 1100 for this apartment home, so you would be able to have this lower rate for 8 months, and then renew. this community is very nice. people pick up after their animals, trash is collected in a compressor in the front side of building not by the apartments. i am looking to sublease mid july through august, but i am flexible as to the date. i will be happy to show you this particular apartment or answer any questions you have concerning it. 936-215-9012
